Dr. Christian Nunn, specialist for construction and architectural law, initially worked as in-house counsel at an international construction group for five years, supporting not only one of the group’s main establishments in Germany but also the international department. He has been with HFK Rechtsanwälte since 1999. Dr. Nunn works in the areas of building and plant construction and real estate law, in particular project development and transactions. He is also a lecturer for construction law and public real estate law at the University of Anhalt.

Dr. Fardad Shirvani has been with HFK since 2013.
Dr. Fardad Shirvani did his doctorate at the Faculty of Law of Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich under Prof. Dr. Peter M. Huber, Chair of the Institute for Public Law and Political Philosophy and Judge at the Federal Constitutional Court.
In addition to working as a lawyer, Dr. Fardad Shirvani is an examiner for the First and Second State Exam In Law in the legal field of civil law and public law, a lecturer with the working groups for articling students at the regional government of Upper Bavaria, as well as an examiner for “Law for Patent Attorneys” appointed by the German chamber of patent lawyers (Deutsche Patentanwaltskammer).
